Hello, fellow mammalian of the humble earth. I'm Jojo, a postgraduate environmental scientist at UCL, specialising in environmental modelling. I write about current research on global environmental change and species extinction.

A growing body of evidence reveals that global biodiversity loss is ushering the 6th mass extinction.  
With the rise of environmental awareness and movements such as Extinction Rebellion, it begs the question, who and what deserves saving in the Anthropocene? 

This blog aims to increase awareness of humanity's relationship with life on earth. 

There is hope for nature and the future lies in our hands.
